In case you were still looking for a reason to pull the lever for McCain this November, look at the Supreme Court decisions that came down this week. Look at those that came out the way you wanted them by 5-4 decisions, and look at those that didn't by 5-4 decisions.

Despite the outstanding judicial appointments that President Bush has made, the court remains essentially split 4-4, with Kennedy now the deciding vote in virtually every controversial or otherwise high-profile case. The next President will have a significant impact on the make-up of the Supreme Court for many years to come - consider the judges that a President Obama will nominate...
